- Lekrish Consultants shall not be liable in case any tax, interest or penalty is levied on the buyer, arising out of this sale
transaction. Our total liability shall be limited to the cost of the e learning program actually paid to us by the customer.
- The views presented here are overall guidelines useful to most of our target audience. Lekrish acknowledges that some
sections and views need not necessarily be applicable to certain businesses due to their uniqueness, nature and cultural diversity.
- The views and opinions expressed in this program are made in good faith and intent and don’t undermine or demean

- The payment for online viewing of the program has to be made in advance by the customer and the sale transaction is
deemed to be complete as soon as the e-mail containing the link is dispatched within the stipulated deadline. Once the online view containing our program is sold to the customer there would be no refund of the monies paid to procure the same.
- Lekrish upholds the values of courtesy, politeness, promptness and transparency with their business associates and
stakeholders. As a policy we have zero tolerance for unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Therefore, we should not be held responsible for inappropriate actions of intermediaries and other third party representatives.
